CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Since most of our products are made to order especially for you, we will not accept any exchange or return. All those product descriptions containing “made to order” or any other term showing that the product is made individually and specifically for you, does not admit any exchange or return.

However, you may exchange or return any of the rest of the products within 14 working days following the date of delivery. The article must be in perfect condition, and returned in its/their original packaging, along with all the accessories.
