HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

If you would like to exchange or return an item or items purchased at our store, you should email us at customer@denomadebrand.com and follow the instructions given, which basically consist of the following:

  1. The client should return the item to our facilities in its original packaging. The client has full responsibility for this shipping. We are not responsible for any charge, damage, misplacement, or delay during this shipping process.

  2.  Once the item was received at our facilities, we will notify you by email, and we will check that the item comes in its original packaging, in perfect conditions, and without signs of use. If so, we will immediately proceed to dispatch the replacement item, or to the price refund, as the case may be.

The client will bear the shipment costs deriving from any product exchange or return, excepting those cases in which a manufacturing fault will occur.
